Toni Byrd Appointed to Legal Services Board

Lycoming Law Association member D. Toni Byrd has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of North Penn Legal Services. She replaces J. Michael Wiley who recently resigned.
NPLS serves clients in 20 counties surrounding Lycoming County. The Board has representation from all the counties served by Legal Services. Toni joins LLA member John Pietrovito.
