LLA President Talks Citizenship With Scouts

Scouting provides many opportunities to young people. More importantly, lessons learned as a part of the scouting experience help the scouts to become responsible leaders in the community.
Recently, LLA President, Magistrate District Judge Christian Frey spoke to the Arrow of Light Cub Scout Den of Saint Ann’s Pack 38 about his role in Lycoming County government. By meeting and interacting with community leaders like Judge Frey, Cub Scouts become better prepared for responsible citizenship.
