Harlow Named Junior League Woman of the Year

Every year the Junior League of Williamsport recognizes one of its active members as "Woman of the Year." This award honors a member for her outstanding service to the Junior League and its volunteer endeavors.
In 2021 Lycoming Law Association member Jessica Harlow was presented with this award. The award was announced at the organization's annual dinner in May.
The Junior League of Williamsport, Inc., is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism; developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
