Carlucci Portrait Presented to Court

Since Judge Spencer Hill's likeness was preserved in 1969, the Lycoming Law Association has commissioned the portraits of Lycoming County judges, for display in the Lycoming County Courthouse.
On December 1, 2022, the most recent portrait was unveiled by Judge Carlucci and and presented to the court by LLA president-elect Liz White.
Judge William Carlucci's portrait was prepared by photographer Whitney Hart.
