LLA Foundation Donates Arbitration Fees to Legal Services

Every year, the Lycoming Law Association Foundation receives funds from Lycoming County attorneys who have chosen to donate their arbitration fees to the Foundation. Rather than accept fees for performing work as arbitrators, many county attorneys donate their earnings to the Foundation. The Foundation, under its spending policy, grants 80% of those fees to North Penn Legal Services.

The LLA Foundation recently donated 2021 arbitration fees amounting to $7,760 to North Penn Legal Services.

The following Lycoming County attorneys were significant contributors to these funds: Donating $400 or more, by assigning multiple arbitration fees to the LLAF: Tammy Weber, Bill Carlucci, Jim Malee, Paul Roman, Chris Lovecchio, and Fred Holland; donating $200-$400, by assigning multiple arbitration fees to the LLAF: Tom Waffenschmidt, Howard Langdon, Joanne Ludwikowski, Joe Musto, Jessica Harlow, Marc Drier, Mike Mussina, Matt Parker, Nicole Ippolito, Norm Lubin, Trisha Shipman, Andrea Bower, Brittany Smith, Doug Engelman, Jen Ayers, Jon Butterfield, Corey Mowrey, Gary Weber, Liz White, and Robin Read; donating arbitration fees to the LLAF: Bob Elion, Rob Hoffa, Richard Schluter, Levi Woodward, Chris Bradley, Michael Collins, Steve Sholder, and Jon DeWald.
