William Baney of the McCormick Law Firm and Noah Roux of McNerney, Page, Vanderlin and Hall will participate in the specialized training provided by the Chamber of Commerce, along with 24 other local members of the community.
Leadership Lycoming is a specialized training program designed to understand the needs of the community it serves and develop and motivate effective leaders committed to utilizing their skills and talents for the betterment of their community. The goal of the program is to seek men and women from a broad range of geographical, institutional, and economic backgrounds with an interest in and ability for assuming effective leadership roles. Then to prepare the group by providing information, training and experience designed to upgrade their understanding of the community, its problems and opportunities. Further, the organization involves these current and emerging leaders in simulated and actual leadership tasks. The final goal is to motivate those individuals to form a close group and a network of established leaders.
Congratulations and good luck to these young members of the Association in achieving the goals of the program
