Lycoming Law Association Award Given to Penn College Graduate

Every year a student graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Technology Legal Assistant/Paralegal program is awarded the Lycoming Law Association Award. The award goes to the graduate of the Legal Assistant associate-degree major with the highest grade-point average, who was a Lycoming County resident prior to enrollment in and during completion of the program.

Congratulations to Brian McKeon, Sr., the winner of this year's award. Brian will graduate in the spring of 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science, Legal Assistant-Paralegal degree.

Brian already has accomplished a great deal in his lifetime: B.S. (1996) and M.S. (1998) degrees in Biological Sciences; Ph.D. in Philosophy (2006); he teaches science and philosophy courses at Pa College of Technology; and, he served as paralegal intern for Federal District Court Judge Matthew Brann (June - Dec 2015).

The members of the Association wish Brian all the best if he chooses pursuing a career as a legal assistant.
