Christine True of Williamsport graduates with highest GPA

Each year the Pennsylvania College of Technology presents the Lycoming Law Association Award for the paralegal program student with the highest grade point average.  This year's winner is Christine True.

Christine lives in Williamsport with her husband and 3 children. She graduated May 2014 with the highest GPA in the Penn College associate degree program. She has served as Paralegal program tutor and as both Secretary and President of the student club, the Legal Society.

She completed an internship with the new Lycoming County guardianship program under President Judge Nancy Butts' supervision. She is a member of the national honor society Phi Theta Kappa and the national paralegal honor society Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX).

Christine has been a regular Dean's List recipient and has received several merit scholarships. She plans to complete her bachelor's degree and would like to continue on to law school.
