Southard Presented with PBA Pro Bono Award

LLA member Bret Southard was recently presented with the PBA Pro Bono award for 2013. He was the winner of the 2012 "Honorable Thomas Wood. Jr., Equal Access to Justice Award" in Lycoming County.
North Penn Legal Services nominated Bret for the state award. The award was presented by David Trevaskis of the PBA.
