Waffenschmidt attends Presidents' Dinner

The Zone 4 Presidents’ Dinner took place on Monday, Sept. 30, at the Lewisburg Hotel in Lewisburg. Tom Waffenschmidt, President Elect of the Lycoming Law Association was one of the dignitarys present at the event.  Past LLA and PBA  President Bill Carlucci also participated.
