Lycoming Law Association Policies

The Lycoming Law Association maintains policies to assist it to perform its responsibilities to its members. Any questions about the policies should be directed to the Executive Director.

• Policy Related to Requests for Dissemination Through Lycoming Law Association Email List, Mail List and Website - Requests to contact members through mass emailing by using Association mailing lists or the Lycolaw® website must comply with this policy.
• Award Establishment Policy - Policy relating to the establishment of new Lycoming Law Association awards and recognitions.
• Continuing Legal Education Hardship/Scholarship Policy - Reduced cost CLEs for applicants who cannot afford the regular cost.
• Pro Bono Litigation Cost Reimbursement Policy - Policy related to reimbursement of extraordinary costs in pro bono case.
